These are holding terms for the public sales website. They have not yet been reviewed by a solicitor and do not form a finished client contract.
The website
The site is provided so you can learn about TenderHunter NI and enquire about the Founding Programme. Content is written in good faith but may change. Examples, including any match score, are illustrative.
Service boundaries
- We do not submit tenders or operate your eTendersNI account.
- We do not accept terms, make declarations, or contact buyers for you.
- We do not invent evidence, prices, or social-value commitments.
- We do not guarantee awards, scores, or shortlisting.
- We do not provide legal, insurance, tax or regulated financial advice.
- A match score is a fit assessment, not a win probability.
Founding Programme
The public founding price is £99 a month for the first three months, with no long-term commitment stated on this site. An optional final tender review is £250. Payment, cancellation and scope will be confirmed in writing before any paid month begins.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for every declaration made to a buyer, and for meeting deadlines on the relevant portal. If you use material we help prepare, you must check it against your own records before submission.
Governing law
These holding terms are intended to be read under the laws of Northern Ireland. The finished client terms will confirm jurisdiction after solicitor review.
