What this site is
TenderHunter NI is a public sales website. It does not include a client dashboard or login. Phase 1 join forms confirm on-screen only; a production form provider will be connected before we invite the public to send personal data in volume.
What we intend to collect
When the live form is connected: name, company, email, optional phone, a description of services, whether you currently bid, and any message you choose to send. Later operational work may include a company tender profile. Do not send special-category data or other people’s personal data through an enquiry form.
How we intend to use it
To respond to Founding Programme enquiries, to build a working profile of your organisation if you join, and to provide the find–qualify–prepare–review service. Client records are not mixed between companies.
Service boundaries
We are not a law firm, insurer, or accreditation body. We do not submit tenders or contact buyers on your behalf. A match score is not a statement about you as an individual; it is a fit assessment of a contract against a company profile.
Hosting and cookies
This site is a static-style marketing application. We do not currently set marketing cookies. Hosting, analytics and form providers will be named here once they are chosen.
