Final tender review

A structured last look at a completed bid pack. You remain the bidder. We do not submit, sign, or tell you the award is likely.

When it is useful

Use the review when the response is substantially written — not when you only have a notice and an intention. The more complete the pack, the more useful the critique. It is priced separately from the Founding Programme so you can use it on the tenders that actually reach the finish line.

Founding members can commission a review when we have capacity. It is also available as standalone work when we accept the tender and the timeline.

What the written review covers

Critical issues

Problems that would make a reasonable buyer pause or mark the response non-compliant.

Missing evidence

Policies, certificates, case studies and figures that the questions ask for but the pack does not yet show.

Weakest and strongest answers

Where the writing is thin, generic, or unsupported — and where the evidence already does the work.

Compliance check

A pass over word limits, mandatory attachments, lot structure and obvious portal requirements we can see.

Questions for you

Anything only you can confirm. We will not invent an answer to close a gap.

Recommendation

Not ready to submit / ready after required changes / ready subject to your final approval.

What it is not

  • Not a guarantee of award or a score prediction.
  • Not authority to submit, accept terms, or contact the buyer.
  • Not a full rewrite of every answer, unless we agree that as extra work.
  • Not legal advice, and not a substitute for your own declarations.

Price

£250

One completed pack. If the tender is unusually large, multi-lot, or arrives with too little time left, we will say so before we take the work.

The monthly founding fee and the £250 review are separate. You can use one, or both, when it makes sense.
