TenderHunter NI

About

A Northern Ireland service for contractors who already do the work.

TenderHunter NI exists because public-sector portals are thorough and most SMEs are busy. The gap is not another generic tender feed. It is a disciplined way to decide what is worth pursuing.

Why this exists

Established cleaning, electrical, construction and facilities firms in Northern Ireland already deliver the services public buyers purchase. What they rarely have is a full-time bid manager, or time to read every notice that lands on eTendersNI.

TenderHunter NI is built around a simple sequence: find, qualify, understand, prepare, review. It is a service with a human operator and structured tools — not a marketplace, not a dashboard product, and not an “AI bid writer” that fills blank pages with invented evidence.

We work from official sources and from the facts you can show. If a gate is failed, we say do not bid. If a fact is missing, we label it. That discipline is the product.

Founding, on purpose

The Founding Programme is the first public offer: £99 a month for three months, no long-term commitment. Early organisations help us prove the workflow on real Northern Ireland work. We are not publishing customer counts, win rates, or logos we do not have.

This website is a public sales site only. There is no client login here. Operational work happens with the people who join, using a separated client record — never mixed between companies.

Where we stand

  • Based around Northern Ireland public procurement, not a generic UK feed.
  • You remain the bidder and the account holder on every portal.
  • We do not offer legal advice. Terms and privacy notices will be solicitor-reviewed.
  • We would rather decline work than invent a capability.

If this sounds like your firm, join the Founding Programme.
